Important Notice Concerning the Dinner:

Members in Good Standing, and one guest each of the member are invited free of charge to the dinner provided that they have made their booking by the 7th of December 2009. Additional Guests of a member are welcome to attend at R100 per person.

Members and non member’s guests booking after the 7th of December will be charged at R100 per person. Because of catering requirements, there will be no exceptions for the charge for bookings after the 7th of December, so please ensure that you have booked by the 7th of December.  There will be a cash bar.

Only emails will be accepted for booking reservations, you will receive an email reply which will serve as your confirmed booking.
